About Chef Allen

Chef Allen Susser is the masterful Chef and Owner of Chef Allen's restaurant located in Aventura, Florida. Chef Allen has been called the "Ponce De Leon of New Florida Cooking" by The New York Times.

Allen is a graduate of New York City Tech, Florida International University and Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in Paris, France. He has worked at the Bristol Hotel in Paris, the original Le Cirque in New York and Turnberry Isle Resort.
