Antioxidants – an•ti•ox•i•dant

The protectors; great chemical compounds that you can get from your food; They protect the cells in your body from oxidation (that’s like body rust). Beta Carotene, Vitamin E, and Vitamin C are all super antioxidants. You can find these in colorful fruits and veggies. Remember eat Five a Day to get your antioxidants.
