Astronaut climbs Mt. Everest:
Did you know that Astronaut Scott Parazynski, an Emergency Medicine physician, selected by NASA in 1992 and who has been on five space shuttle missions (STS-66, STS-86, STS-95, STS-100 and STS-120) climbed Mount Everest and reached the summit on May 22, 2008. I wonder if he ran into Professor Nerdelman. Here is the map of Parazynski’s ascent:
